WITHIN , is a unique healing guide for every women out there who has been trapped in darkness . Author Courtney Hanson , a Reiki master has mentioned her own journey from darkness , trauma and death towards a new strong mental physical and spiritual personality that she has become today . 

Describing her own story her childhood trauma and her entrapment , indeed shows how she has come out to be so strong and stable . 

Every women has within herself the power to heal themselves as well as others . The female intuition is very well energised and that is what needs to be come out. The female archetypes - the mother, the maiden, the queen, the huntress, the sage, the mystic, and the lover , have been thoroughly expressed in this book that connects the body to the mind , the psyche . The book explains healing modalities , that cleanses one from within and takes you on the path of spirituality . 

I am extremely grateful to the author for penning down this wonderful book . From explaining about various chakras of the body to providing us with tools for the spiritual awakening and healing ourselves , this is an ultimate gem .
