This book was a very special and unique read for me as I am not very spiritual and also new to the subject of energy healing. This book is very informative and insightful. It was like a vast treasure of knowledge for me as I had no idea about these topics and this book touches on so many topics and shares the information about so many tools and techniques related to one's spiritual journey and energy healing.

This book is a kind of self help book and it contains many scientific facts and explanations to build up the theories. The language used is simple and accessible, making this book beginner friendly and the writing style is lucid and perspicuous. This book is worth reading as it has a lot to teach and also clears certain myths/taboos effectively.
