Cerberus is still looking for prophesied Child of Enlightenment. His absolute vile desire to bring chaos and destruction is fuelled by his power driven hunger. His army of undead and a powerful race unite to bring havoc to Elvarue. Faelyn's life is already tangled up, the past memories and regrets still holds her captive while the future is filled with uncertainties.

As the war closes in, tough decisions will be made, conspiracies and perilous actions will further expand the tribulations and challenges for Faelyn and her friends. Will they be victorious and defeat Cerberus once in for all? 

The final book of this trilogy has taken my breath away. I was sort of expecting an excellent reading experience but this just blew my mind. I was speechless and the way how the author navigated through the different events was impeccable. Definitely one of the best YA fantasy series that I read this year. The stakes of risk and complexities were soaring high however the execution of the entire plot simply outstanding. Her writing style is absolutely engaging because creating such a vast world building while focusing on the character arcs is no easy feat but Linda has excelled in every aspects of this genre.

I'd definitely recommend this to all the fantasy enthusiasts. A must read, indeed!
