The Chronicles Of Mumbai is majorly a work of fiction, in which the life of mumbaikar's is explained, and as everyone come in Mumbai to accomplish their dreams. Things weren’t any different for Kshitij and Rebecca, college sweethearts from Jamshedpur that had their dreams weaved as high as the skyscrapers of South Bombay.

Kshitij was from Jamshedpur and came to Mumbai with many dreams. The inner part of his eyes, especially the pupils, showed that he was in search of something. Something unfathomable, reliable, and magical. He was an intense seeker, yet his mind wasn’t really sure of what his search was yet, or did that ever exist in the mortal world? Was it hidden in material objects? Would immense wealth, holding an extremely powerful position be of any help?

Would these things be able to satiate his unending thirst? He wasn’t sure, yet would often specialise in hibernating, and zoning out to his fantasy world, where he’d paint the canvas with colours of his own choice, and continue seeking answers to his questions…???

Author has weaved the story of kshitji childhood memories and struggles in Mumbai, in a very interesting manner that you would be immersed in the story. 

Go get this book immediately, it has the tendency to change your views of Mumbai, and you'll definitely enjoy the journey of kshitji life struggles in Mumbai, childhood memories, and then suddenly being jobless.
