The uncensored threat : Losing generations to pornography is a raw and forthright reflective book about the consequences and problems associated with pornography. Throughout the book, Catherine Lyell takes you on various significant concerns over the problems arising because of this and the mental health issues that it leads to ultimately.

Sectioned into four major parts : My journey, The problem with pornography, How it manifests and The pathway out. This was best way to start from the beginning because the author did organized all the exposure in an orderly manner to avoid any confusion or misplaced perplexity. The writing style is straightforward with quite an attention to explaining every minute details in a lucid way. I loved how the author stated every thing through statistical analysis and research, surveys and more, that can very well educated the readers on a thoroughly well explained subject of upshot pornography and the crucial causes and effects.

Everything from the consequences of watching pornography to intimacy and connection has been analysed and expounded. The author encompasses many such interesting questionnaire throughout the book to let people understand themselves and the repercussions of the actions in accordance. I also liked the fact that the author attached helpful healing techniques and practical solutions to aid in the process of rebuild and catharsis.

In the concluding pages of the book, the author has included professional interventions that would be beneficiary for amazing healing techniques such as Integrated massage therapy, Integrated Kinesiology and many more.

I think this is a great perceptive book that can be read by anyone who is not triggered by such concepts. The author, herself, claims that a few of the blunt discussions and explanations may trigger some readers however it is equally important to know the sharp facts in a crystal clear approach to avoid for the degradation of mental health and overall well-being.
