Artists under fire is an insightful book that actively speaks about the anti-semitic smear tactic against Israel. The core theme of the book is the BDS campaign, their vile strategies and actions. Furthermore, the book assists in providing concentrated step by step action plan for the Israel supporters.
Lana Melman is an advocate and leading expert, fighting for the cultural boycott campaign against Israel since 2011. Her work and dedication is quite evident in her book as she bravely shone the light of truth and reality on the much needed and recognised topic of BDS. It's known as Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions that with an initial look labels itself as human rights movement but incompasses a hate campaign to boycott Israel to the point of deprivation and isolation.
She exposes every minute strategy that misleads and their acquisition of famous celebs to do the dirty works speaks highly of how manipulative this movement is. The progress of Jews and Israel has been eclipsed by the hatred, cancelling artists, famous television personalities as well as those who support Israel by putting intense pressure on them to intimate and withdraw their support. This needs to change and what better time it is but now. Just participation is not going to work, your actions is what is needed to stop and eradicate this blinkered mindset and the BDS campaign. The threats propagated in the name of human rights movement have spread over to the artists and other professional who wants to help and support Israel but BDS suppresses and blocks each of the action. This all encompassing book will aid the readers to understand the historical, cultural, and the overall aspects of Israel.
Artists under fire is a must read for everybody as this is an important subject that we need to raise our voice on and become consciously aware of the present consequences that this intimidating movement have put the Jews in. It is truly a book that needs to be pick up by every reader.
