Holiday by Allen Edwards is an unputdownable book, Mike and Rachel went on a holiday in Thailand which changed everything for the couple. When Rachel went missing from their hotel room, Mike tried to find her everywhere possible.

When the police enquired at the reception, the staff showed him footage in which Mike had checked in alone. At all of the places where Mike had spent time with Rachel, people were telling the same that Mike was alone, was it all in his mind? Was Rachel never with him on this trip? Or all this is a big conspiracy? Will Mike be able to find Rachel?

I just loved this book. It is fast paced, thrilling, gripping, full of mystery and twists and turns. The action scenes are so well written that they play before your eyes like a movie, in fact, the whole book played in my mind like a movie. The author managed to keep it a mystery whether Rachel was really with Mike or he was suffering from some mental illness for as long as it served its purpose in the plot.

This book is so unpredictable that it keeps you on the edge of your seat while reading. The character of Alex and the twist associated with her character that came at the end was just mind blowing. The plot, the writing style, development of characters, everything is mind blowing and on point. This is one of the best short books I have ever read.
