The Secrets I Keep by Mary R Jones is the journey of surviving through poetry. Every poem of the books is dedicated to the reality of life. 

Every word of each poem is so touchy. The author covers all the topics of the life of a girl from childhood to being a woman. 

We as a woman always keep in mind what our parents say about us, what our partner says, and even what society says/talks about us. The only opinion we ignore is our own. 

This collection of short poems is an elegant relic that we matter. 

This collection blends feminist activism, feelings, personal experience, eros, and fantasy with bizarre creativity.

"Every " woman should read this collection. The language is super easy to read to understand, and relatable. The book is best read especially for the readers who love short poems.
