The Gift Of Shift Discover the Key within to Unlock Your Best Life by Tracey Macdonald & Ann Papayoti is a great self help book. In which Authors shared their experiences of life to inspire us and So that we can understand the purpose of tragedies in life.

they shared their experiences of changing the negativity into positivity. They wrote about the N sync moment and intuition, We should never ignore our gut feelings, We should move forward leaving the past behind but take the lessons from that, We should forgive others for what they did, and when we forgive we make ourselves free from the burden we carried of others mistakes.

We do not have to make ourselves prisoners of our bad experience and memories. We should leave the past and welcome the future with open arms. We must think about the consequences before making any decision. We should enable ourselves for everything so that we do not have to depend on anyone else for our needs. Every person has a different life, different circumstances, different experiences, So we don't have to live our life based on others.

So many wonderful concepts like this are written in the book. I think this book will be very inspiring for everyone and i highly recommend this to everyone out there.

This is really amazing book, with lots of inspiring life lessons and very easy but effective self-help exercises, I feel so connected with many stories of the book And I also learnt alot of concepts for better life from this book, If anyone is thinking about reading this book then believe me you will like this as much as I did.
