When The Song Ends is written by Jesse Morales. The basic theme of the book is thriller, mystery and murders.📚

The book's cover is different and catchy, and the story is so well written, and narrated that it's hard to predict what is yet to come over the upcoming pages.📚

The protagonist that we see here is a guy named Carlos Renteria, the black sheep of school that he has enrolled in. The story is set in the town of Portland Oregon, it's a very beautiful town, and the citizens here consider themselves as the one who live in Utopia, they think they are the most perfect, living at perfect place and leading a desirable life. People here raise their kids to be the next celebrity of their town, not matter what the kid wishes to do. And this is of course a very stressful thing for kids, who are too young to be a competitor. 📚

Kids are made to go to a particular school named, 'Roosevelt High School, the school is designed to get students ready for the ivy League colleges and is full of difficult courses. But if may students ever step back, than it's like a major embarrassing thing for him/her. 📚

The book gives us the story from the beginning of a new school year, each freshman is walking down the hall, trying to get hold of the new situations. And one of them is Carlos Renteria, a boy who has the capability to make friends and enemies too soon to believe, holding a dark past, he wishes to live a normal life get again!📚

But would that be possible anyway?

What do the killings in school say about his upcoming struggles?

Who is behind all these mysterious murders?

Is Carlos anyway related to them?

Why is he called black sheep in school?

The question are many, but the answer is just one, read the book. 📚

The narration has been done up to the point. I loved reading this thrilling story, it's totally unpredictable and it do holds the power to keep the reader stick to it. The language is easy. The flow of the story is well kept.📚
