This book will teach you how to cope with depression and it will help you to live your life happily and will clear your thoughts.📖

It is a pretty dark place and we do not know how we are going to pull ourselves out of it. We often recognize we are suffering from depression, but we do not understand how we are going to cope.📖

I enjoyed reading this book. I think the author has done a very good job of sharing his story and tools to deal with depression and this book also has exercises in many chapters which is very useful.
