It is one of the best practical business book with proven tools to become an authentic professional.

"In life and work, you can't fake it to make it."

In this book the author creates a fictional story of three people a corporate vice president Ron and his two talented protègès Rachel and Josh. He was to choose a sales director from the two but realised that neither of them could be impressive enough to qualify. The leader then teaches them how to be more authentic in their approach.

The authenticity code focuses on the four Cs: connect, convey, convince and complete.

It is loaded with a lot of quizzes and self testing activities.

I love the way the author put the exercises at the end of each chapter to help the reader get indulged in the process. She gives the readers a chance to read their own minds after every chapter and improve on our skills.

It makes the reader feel more involved.

I'm already a big fan of the author. I appreciate her work. 

Every one who surely wish to suceed in making great presentations and successful businesses should read this book.
