Sky Chase is a fast paced an engaging adventure novel. This is the first book in "The Flight of Ships" book series.

Cordelia, a 16- years-old captain of the Raging Storm is tasked to kill the black sting, egiant mantra ray who has been creating chaos in the air. However they attempt to destroy it wasn't well coordinated enough to kill it so they await the next best opportunity. Captain Cordelia is also protecting Caelum Islands from other nasty creatures and criminals.

That everything changes when Cordelia learns that she has been poisoned. With precious time taken by will she able to find the cure to cut through this poison? As she forms and unlikely alliance with a mysterious doctor, she has to race against time to save herself and find out the things that she never anticipated.

Sky Chase is a fantastic journey of involving around the themes of danger lurking around every corner and conspiracies disrupting the cemented truth, full of perilous adventure and unexpected turns of events. As we delve deeper into the story, we are introduced to different characters POV. It is fascinating to read the narration from all these characters which gave me an opportunity to look and explore deeper into their personalities. The writing style is absolutely amazing as it kept me engaged through and through.

Sky chase is a perfect book for those who love to read adventurous novels with a huge cast of characters that will give you complete experience of this genre. Definitely worth the reading time.
