The title of the book is "The little crab finds a friend : Let the astrology adventure begin" belonging to the Children's literature genre. An enduring illustrated story featuring courage, adventure and charming introduction of the twelve sun signs.

This book is about a little crab who resides in an old but a homey, sunken submarine with his mom. The little crab then introduces us to his life, his favourite class and so on. Whenever he is in a dilemma his mum knows just the right thing to say that would cheer him up. As the days pass, one fine day the little crab's mother falls sick. When none of the remedies work, he realises there is one last thing that would certainly make his mother healthy once again.

Now, he must have to venture out to the sea garden which lies a little far away and bring in some purple seaweed and prepare an elixir. But everything takes a drastic turn as his plan of acquiring the purple seaweed gets disrupted. A lot of things changes in just a spur of the moment. Follow this little guys journey back home and also meet his new friends along the way as the adventure has just begun.

The first thing that captured my attention was the visually enchanting illustrations created by Angelica Gau. She did a commendable job in bringing together the unique and expressive illustrations that prospered well with the story. Kudos to the author, David Bensimon who created a marvelous storyline and provided a well-rounded establishment of zodiac signs for the kids who are getting acquainted with the concepts of sun signs for the first time. With the bonus materials incorporated as the astrological parents guide by Dominique Jaramillo, I believe, there is something for the parents as well. My favourite parts of the book were the ones where the little crab and his mom talked and those words of encouragement by his mom became a part of his learning. Considering this is only the beginning of an exciting journey, I cannot wait to see what's in the store ahead for our little crab.
