Darius Bradley moves from small town of south bend Indiana to New york city. He is ambitious in life and progressing slowly from radio stations, record label, booking agencies and assistant to celebrities. The author has shared the incidents very authentically. Having dreams in entertainment field includes lots of hardwork, heart break, emotions, backstabbing, unexpected challenges. Setting career in entertainment field ia not that easy, the journey towards that kind of passion needs lots of patience. Darius Bradley has given his experience, that would be a very big motivation for people who are having similar dreams.

The way Darius Bradley faces betrayal, destruction, hurt is really motivating. A good personality and characters are groomed when one sculpt oneself by facing hurts and regrets. It's impossible to shine at first go, must learn from flaws and rebuild ourselves. His journey through career was not at all a bed of roses, it had many obstacles which made him strong day by day.

The book is amazingly constructed and is easy to read. It's in good phase and very inspiring. This read waked me up, it gives the guts to face the hurt. It's very gripping read from the very beginning. 

I recommend this book to people who are aiming to shine in the entertainment field. Obviously, they have to face many obstacles through that journey, this book helps them to prepare themselves before jumping into this field.
