“You are essentially who you create yourself to be and all that occurs in your life is the result of your own making.” - Stephen Richards

Comfortably Uncomfortable: The Road to Happiness Isn't Always Paved by Jacquelyn Phillips is a self help book..

I really appreciate the transparency of the author. It’s a beautiful book and so is the writer’s mind. It is also about changing perceptions, boundaries, getting out of one’s comfort zone.

It’s a tale both heartbreaking and heartwarming with gradual growth.
It covers varies segments like pain, trauma, honesty and the list goes on. So often we don’t see the painful internal struggle. This author is so honest and transparent.

“I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, 'Where's the self-help section?' She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.” - George Carlin

If you think you need some motivation, I would highly recommend this book to you.
I think you should always keep adding good and motivational books to your reading list that will fill you with motivation, give you a new courage to face the difficulties in life, increase your self-worth and awaken a new hope in you. So you must include this book in your reading list.

Thank you Author Jacquelyn Phillips to give me a good opportunity to read this wonderful book of yours 😍
